You should not think about input format at all. You can simply select all input files and program can recognize automatically in one step each file that contains amino acid sequence. Then you can export some or all loaded sequences to the requested format also in one step. Installation. ------------- To install APSC on your computer simply unzip Apsc.zip file that you loaded from our site, run ApscInst.exe file and follow all steps of installation. Registration ------------ See "order.txt" file. Anyone may use this software 5 times freely. Following this tests, if you wish to continue to use APSC, you MUST register.
