• VisProt3DS (vp3ds)
  Look at the proteins in stereo without any glasses. Using VisProt3DS some people can do it in Side by Side stereo mode at least in small window. Any person (with binocular sight) can see 3D Stereo image of complex proteins on a full screen, using simple and the cheapest anaglyph technology (color separated). You can use VisProt3DS to look at the proteins in stereo for the scientific goals, education purposes, with curiosity or simply for a fun.
  
  
• Advanced Protein Sequence Converter (APSC)
  APSC allows to convert protein sequence from different formats (as Fasta, PDB, Swiss-protein, Swiss-DNA) to another ones (as Fasta, Swiss-protein and Pure amino acid sequence). You do not have to think about input format at all. You can simply select all input files and program will recognize automatically in one step each file that contains amino acid sequence. Then you can export some or all loaded sequences to the requested format also in one step.
  
  
• Anaglyph Photo Converter (APC)
  APC converts usual and cross image stereo photo pairs in *.bmp, *.gif, *.jpg or *.png formats to anaglyph photo in *.bmp, *.jpg or *.png format. It is possible to tune coincidence of two photos in anaglyph result. APC can convert two separate files for each eye to one anaglyph photo.
